Train the Mind, Lead the Emotions
Understand the inner critic, sabotage cycles, and outdated coping
Learn how to pause, observe, and choose a higher response
Develop inner leadership and emotional regulation
Tools: Thought-challenging framework, grounding practices, emotional reps
Outcome: Client learns how to self-regulate instead of self-destruct

Design a Life That Supports the New You
Build an environment, routine, and lifestyle that reflect the future identity
Cut cords with energy leaks (people, habits, environments)
Align daily actions with purpose
Tools: Vision mapping, boundary setting, aligned habit stacking
Outcome: Client begins to live as their future self now
WEEK 6 — Aligned Action & Momentum
Act from Your Power, Not Your Pain
Learn how to take action when motivation isn’t there
Break perfectionism and procrastination loops
Make fear your ally instead of your master

Outcome: Client is consistently taking purposeful action, even when it’s hard

Create a “post-program path” for continuous evolution
