WEEK 3 — Mental Fitness & Emotional Discipline

Train the Mind, Lead the Emotions

  • Understand the inner critic, sabotage cycles, and outdated coping

  • Learn how to pause, observe, and choose a higher response

  • Develop inner leadership and emotional regulation

Tools: Thought-challenging framework, grounding practices, emotional reps

Outcome: Client learns how to self-regulate instead of self-destruct


WEEK 4 — Identity Reconstruction

Becoming The North Star Self

  • Let go of the old self-identity tied to addictions/struggle

  • Rewire beliefs around worth, capability, and change

  • Begin stepping into the future self with small aligned actions

WEEK 5 — Vision Mapping & Lifestyle Alignment

Design a Life That Supports the New You

  • Build an environment, routine, and lifestyle that reflect the future identity

  • Cut cords with energy leaks (people, habits, environments)

  • Align daily actions with purpose

WEEK 6 — Aligned Action & Momentum

Act from Your Power, Not Your Pain

  • Learn how to take action when motivation isn’t there

  • Break perfectionism and procrastination loops

  • Make fear your ally instead of your master

Tools: The 3A model (Awareness → Alignment → Action), micro-commitments

Outcome: Client is consistently taking purposeful action, even when it’s hard


WEEK 7 — Spiritual Integration

Reconnect to Source, Build Trust in Life

  • Deepen spiritual connection and surrender control

  • Trust divine timing and unseen support

  • Learn to receive inner guidance and synchronicity

Tools: Meditation, spiritual self-inquiry, daily connection rituals

WEEK 8 — Embodiment & Evolution

Live It. Don’t Just Learn It.

  • Anchor new habits, beliefs, and identity

  • Build systems for ongoing growth and reflection

  • Create a “post-program path” for continuous evolution
